Summary

Aaron Kline joined the firm as an Associate in 2025. His practice includes all aspects of employment law, bringing a collaborative and detail-oriented perspective shaped by six years of climate research with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) before attending law school.

Prior to joining BAAS, Aaron served as a law clerk at Smith Foster King LLP, working on a variety of employment law matters. He also interned with the USDA Office of General Counsel, researching administrative law issues and analyzing federal regulations.

Aaron graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Animal Law Review and was named Best Oral Advocate in First Year Moot Court. During law school, he worked as a clinical student at the Earthrise Law Center, a research assistant for Professor Hadley Van Vactor, and a civil procedure success fellow for Professor Juliet Stumpf. He earned his B.S. summa cum laude in conservation biology from Arizona State University, where he was a team captain of the mock trial team and received the National Hispanic Scholarship.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys running, hiking, gardening, and cooking.
